This snowboarding and ski back guard is built on a back pack design with 3/4 dense foam covering vital areas such as your collar bone and kidneys. Improved for 2011 Demon has used a new improved hardened articulated spine guard that is ready to take the hit. You have a double velcro waist belt that feels very secure when cinched tight. It also allows for a variety of sizes to fit in the vest. Built to be an ultra low profile armor, the spine guard can barely be felt.

The Demon Shield vest is truly a multi-sport vest. It is worn and reviewed by Demon pro riders, professional snowboarders, skiers, BMX riders and mountain bike down hill bombers. Because of the flexible and lightweight nature of the vest it can be worn easily in summer or winter. The Demon Shield Spine Guard / Bottom Line:

This is probably our favorite Demon product. Very comfortable and affordable. Great design and feel to the graphics. Offers very solid upper body and spine protection, but is very light on your back.
