This snowboarding and ski back guard is built on a back pack design with 3/4 dense foam covering vital areas such as your collar bone and kidneys. Improved for 2012 Demon has used a new improved hardened articulated spine guard that is ready to take the hit. You have a double velcro waist belt that feels very secure when cinched tight. It also allows for a variety of sizes to fit in the vest. Built to be an ultra low profile armor, the spine guard can barely be felt.

This is probably our favorite Demon product. Very comfortable and affordable. Great design and feel to the graphics. Offers very solid upper body and spine protection, but is very light on your back. Replaced my old Red Protector and very happy with the switch.  Protects the entire spine.  Very low profile. Great for biking and skiing.  Good purchase.  My only beef is that my friend bought it cheaper last season.
