With the great success of the D3O shorts Demon had tons of requests for a long pant version. Not only do you get the high performing features of the D3O shorts but you also get the benefit of an extra warm, full length base layer as well as added protection of built in knee pads. Demon's knee pads are made of a soft, dense foam that is pliable and very comfortable. They definitely take the bite out of falls and keep you knees from bruising after spending hours on the hill. In addition there are velcro straps added behind the knee pads so you can adjust them according to your height and they'll stay in place all day.

Feel and Fit Great January 9, 2014

Use these pants over base layer for Freeskate (windsurfing on bare ice)and kiteboarding on snow covered ice. Either way the ice is hard and these pants help protect my hips and knees.They are comfortable and fit great. The sizing is right on. I bought the small and I am at the upper end of the size chart range. Adjust the knee pads and leave the velcro attached so not to snag the material. Thank you for women's safety gear.
