I love the design of the back protector, how it allows for the plates to be removed for a neck brace to fit. The chest protector is decent, but i feel like it doesn't sit close enough to your body. The chest protector is labelled as a roost deflector since this vest is for motorcross and mtb. So it may not offer as much chest protection as something that the POC VPD one does. Not having shoulder pads is key. I had body armour that limits my movement.
