I was skeptical at first, but when i tried them, the do what they are advertise to do!! Since i am a beginner in snowboarding i took a few falls while riding, and these saved my wrists!! They are also very warm and prevent snow completely from getting inside the glove. The only minor downside is that if you have sweaty palms (which this can be decreased through the vendilation system installed on the gloves) sometimes when you try to get off your gloves, the inside liner along with the wrist guard will stick on your palm and move. In every other aspect, these gloves are GREAT. I would definetly reccomend them!!!
